The Five Key Jump-Start Concepts: Accept, Suspend, Practice, Remember, and Invite for Total Transformation!

1) Accept  your appointment as Principal in the School of Your Own Mind.

2) Suspend  the heartbreak and hurt stories of your mind; then drop them entirely from the enrollment rolls. Embrace all of the feelings of your heart without any story surrounding them.

3) Practice  the "One Love Blessing" as often as possible during the course of your day: touch everyone you love and say "One Love Blessing"... mentally touch and affirm the same for everyone you encounter during the course of your day... practice consistently until (and after) you become, through and through, a living, breathing "One Love Blessing" in your every thought and action. (Hint: to most effectively practice the "One Love Blessing", kindness and harmlessness must become your religion, economics, and politics.)

4) Remember  that the "One Love Blessing" requires the actualization of rEvolution: we are to so structure society that every person can fully develop in freedom, equality, justice, and dignity. Every institution -- economic, political, religious, educational, and cultural -- must serve to liberate every person into all of her / his human / divine potential.

5. Invite  everyone to dinner! We will discover how to solve all of our personal, social, and Planetary problems as soon as we summon the will to feed everyone on this precious blue Planet. As individuals, as nations, and as a world community we need to take this solemn vow: we will end hunger and malnutrition on Earth in four years.
