A Metaphysical PardonLao Tzu, it is said, grew so exasperated with the greed and lust for power in men, that he simply decided to leave. Stopping at a mountain pass for a breather, he was asked to share something of the wisdom which had guided him in his life. With a metaphysical pardon, he handed to the gatekeeper his "Dao De Jing" and proceeded into the wilderness...
I need to offer to you, dear friends, a metaphysical pardon as well! I have been quite ill for some time -- even ending up in ICU in a St. Paul hospital. But now home again and recovering! As you noticed, my writing on this website did virtually stop: but I am looking forward to sharing thoughts with you once again. On the very positive side, I believe that I have finally finished my "big book"! I am so looking forward to you reading "The Ragged-Man's Gospel"! If you have any ideas as to getting it from this computer and into your hands, I would love to hear them! In the meantime, infinite blessings to one and all!
