To Hell With the Neo-Nazis

My family and I are camping up at Madeline Island (Lake Superior)... yet, we couldn't help but hear about the Neo-Nazis on the streets of America: what are they doing here?

President Obama -- merely by being black -- unleashed the secret (mostly secret) racism of much of white America: from Trump's accusations that Obama wasn't "one of us" throughout the "birther" fiasco to the Tea Party's signs of "Go Back to Kenya" and then on into the Alt-Right's attacks against First Lady Michelle as "Trans" and an "ape in heels": the Right-Wing is fully out of the closet: led by Bannon and the NRA and KKK (did you see the recent NRA ad?): the campaign of Mr. Trump legitimized white racists: and it continues with the Trump Administration: the possible collusion with Russia is small pickin's compared to the "collusion" of Trump with the Neo-Nazis...

I'm shutting down my computer and heading back into the forest, but I certainly do hope that you are all speaking up and writing letters to your local papers, elected officials, faith communities, and everyone else you can think of: Bannon must disappear from the national stage and the Neo-Nazis have to be shamed back under the rocks from which they have crawled: to hell with them, with the KKK, with the NRA and any other jack who claims to "love America" but actually hates us Americans in our beautiful, glorious, and sublime diversity.
